What we do

A full-service resale concierge. Send a bag or book a collection, and we authenticate, photograph properly, price against real sold comparables rather than asking prices, list across every relevant marketplace simultaneously, handle every message and negotiation, pack and ship, and pay out monthly. The seller sees each item's status and price in a dashboard and can set a floor price or request return at any time. Items that do not sell are donated with a receipt or returned, the seller's choice, decided upfront.

Who we built it for

People with 500 to 20,000 dollars of unworn designer and premium clothing sitting in wardrobes, aged 28 to 60. Also estates, downsizers and people moving house.

The problem

Everyone knows their wardrobe is worth money and almost nobody sells it, because selling well means photographing each item, researching comparable prices, writing listings, answering questions, negotiating, packing and posting, per item, for months.

Consignment shops take 60 percent and only accept a fraction.

So the clothes stay in the wardrobe and eventually go to charity.
